Change Delivery Manager (Corporate Bank) (Ref. No.: 22964)

Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

  • Manage and execute all new initiatives & requirements across different functions within Operations and work with respective BAU teams and other departments to effectively deliver the result on a timely basis.
  • Conduct analysis on operating models, process, integration and propose streamlining activities when appropriate.
  • Explore and conduct on-going process improvement opportunities across teams with an aim of delivering straight through approval/processing through data automation and workflow automation.
  • Monitor and track milestones, and facilitate the mitigation of issues and operational risks.
  • Produce MIS statistics across teams to identify operational risk.
  • Facilitate workshops and training session as required.

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor Degree or above.
  • At least 5 year of solid Change & Project Management experiences within Operations environment in banking industry.
  • Familiar with full Change & Project Management cycle with proven records.
  • Familiar with end-to-end Operations & Control processes.
  • Justifiable Leadership and Influencing skills.
  • Outgoing and able to adapt changes quickly.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to details.
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
