Change Manager - Banking - Hong Kong
A top-tier bank is looking for a Change Manager to join their project team.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will serve as primary contact of change management with Business and IT for all matters related to critical programmes
  • You will collaborate with local/regional project managers to ensure change management plans are aligned with the IT program delivery
  • You will manage stakeholders, vendors, communications, training and articulating programme benefits to internal and external stakeholders
  • You will assist in defining and resolving resource, scope and schedule issues within the existing work stream by collaborating with key partners
  • You will offer support to business/support units during the new initiative rollout across the region

Hiring Requirement

  • 3+ years' change management experience within banking, proven track record in managing change requests and execution planning
  • Strong knowledge of risk mitigation, financial products and banking operations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Chinese
