Change Manager / Change Analyst

The Role

We are looking for exceptional change management / analyst professionals to work with our global clients on a variety of high-profile, customer-facing transformation projects.

ASG already has an enviable globally-renowned change management practice, and as such this is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in this discipline and take the next step in their career.

You will have a suite of change management skills at your command, including developing and implementing change management / analyst strategies and plans.

You will have a strong eye for detail and be adept in analysing change impacts, stakeholder communications and training needs. Outstanding communications and stakeholder management skills are a necessity, as is the ability to utilise a recognised organisational change management methodology (e.g. Prosci’s ADKAR).

You are open to new, agile ways of working that will deliver results in weeks, not months. You will also want to work with other change managers and senior professionals who will challenge you to be your very best.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related area
  • Minimum 5 years of change management experience across multiple industries
  • Proactively guide and advise senior stakeholders throughout the change journey
  • Track and monitor change activities on a regular basis and provide input to reports
  • Prepare and review key communications internal to the client organisation
  • Confidence to lead workshops and engage with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills
  • Build change Leadership skills within the client organisation
  • Willingness to learn and be challenged
