Channel Marketing Manager (Up to 700k)

About the client and opportunity :

Our client is a listed multinational conglomerate that focuses in manufacturing consumer household products to make lives easier. Within the prominent distributor business unit, a Channel Marketing Manager role has arisen. In particular, you will :

  • Design and manage marketing initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns to help delivering sales targets and meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to drive various go-to-market programs, promotion and initiatives for distributors
  • Support sales teams in recruitment, qualification, engagement and retention of various types of partners
  • Formulate commercial policy, segmentation, cross-selling and go-to-market strategies, enabling sales efficiency and performance
  • Analyse the market, channel evolution and competition. Produce and maintain various sales reports and channel performance dashboard. Develop and manage marketing budgets for the department
  • Drive or support channel transformation projects decided by the management

About the requirement :

  • 6-10 years of experience in channel/ partner / distributor marketing from consumer electronics or household goods
  • Experiences in supporting product and sales team in launching new products and providing training to dsitributors
  • Experiences in developing local and bespoke marketing materials that work for particular partners and market segments
  • Experienced in developing successful case studies / stories that arouse partners' interest in collaboration
  • High proficiency in English and Chinese, written and spoken
