  2. Min. 2 years prior experience in a back kitchen environment
  3. Prior experience preferred in a Japanese kitchen
  4. Team player with a positive work attitude
  5. Passionate to learn, grow and develop
  6. Ability to handle pressure during peak operational hours
  7. Holder of HKID
  8. 6 days work week, 9 Hours per day + 1 Hour Lunch Time, regular day-off Sunday
  9. Bonus day off (1 – 2 day per month)

  11. Ensure overall cleanliness of the kitchen area, maintain personal hygiene
  12. Cantonese and basic English or Japanese preferred

  • 須具備廣東話及英文會話能力 (日本語會優先考慮)
  • 清楚並遵從基本衛生指引, 並時刻保持廚房清潔
  • 能應付節奏急促的工作環境
  • 具良好工作態度與溝通能力,主動積極,有責任感及團隊合作精神
  • 工作地點:中環, 每週工作6天(逢星期日休息), 每天工作時間9小時 + 1小時午餐時間
  • 額外休息日(每月1 - 2天)
