Job Descriptions:

  • To plan, formulate, coordinate and supervise all menu planning and implementation for Le188 Restaurant & Lounge.
  • Responsible for the food cost, wastage, hygiene and maintenance in the kitchen, purchase of all food items and kitchen equipment.
  • To ensure food standards and presentation are maintained and continuously improved.
  • Supervise the Kitchen team of Le 188 Restaurant & Lounge and  responsible for recruitment and provide training for the team


  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in hospitality industry, preferably with renowned hotel group.
  • Sound knowledge in Western cuisine with the latest market trends.
  • Strong creativity and business acumen and maintain the high standard of food quality and hygiene.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
