Chef de Partie / Demi Chef, Lantau Yacht Club

Responsibilities:

  • Food production in Chinese or Western cuisine for club restaurant, events and other functions
  • Ensure consistent high quality and standard in food production
  • Assist head chef in menu planning, food promotions and cost control etc
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years Chinese or Western kitchen experience
  • Knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
