Conduct training sessions for team member and apprentices, cross exposure encouraged to develop the team
Be in-charge of sample cooking of new dishes and establish standards of recipes
Develop rotations of menus for lunch and dinner, based on items high in demand and around the ongoing promotion (highlight of specific ingredient)
Ensure temperature, taste and creativity are reflected in all dishes produced and presented
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas
Ensure proper grooming standard for all Chefs within the team
To maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation comply to the HACCP standards
High Diploma in education level
A minimum of 5 years' working experience
Good leadership and management skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with good command in both spoken and written English & Chinese
Responsible and reliable, able to work in fast pace
