Chef (Hot / Cold Kitchen)

Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for food preparation
  • Assist in smoothing the operation in the assigned kitchen
  • Ensure the hygiene of food and cleanliness of kitchen and utensils
  • Work closely with direct supervisor in determining quality and quantity of food materials to be purchased and prepared. Keep a close watch over all materials, used with a view of eliminating waste and spoilage

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years relevant working experience in related professions, preferably in hotel industry
  • A recognized Certificate in relevant qualification/ area
  • Good team player with pleasant personality 
  • Qualified Hygiene Supervisor / Manager is an advantage
