Work closely with direct supervisor in determining quality and quantity of food materials to be purchased and prepared. Keep a close watch over all materials, used with a view of eliminating waste and spoilage
1-5 years relevant working experience in related professions, preferably in hotel industry
A recognized Certificate in relevant qualification/ area
Good team player with pleasant personality
Qualified Hygiene Supervisor / Manager is an advantage
