Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall food production and kitchen operations;
  • Maintain, monitor and improve quality performances to comply with the prescribed food quality;
  • Carry out ordering & inventory management;
  • Set up and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene;
  • Inspect kitchen supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure conformance to establish standards.
  • 負責食物烹調及日常廚房運作;
  • 提升食物質素,確保食品製作保持優良水平;
  • 管理食物材料庫存;
  • 保持廚房安全整淨衛生;
  • 負責確保廚房工作間及各類器材於優良水平。


Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance
  • Highly organized with problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Creative and quality-oriented
  • Passion for cooking and food
  • Good team player, responsible, work hard, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Less experience will be considered as Junior Chef
  • 確保食物及廚房的安全衛生
  • 能應付多項工作、以服務為宗旨及能處理問題
  • 具創新意念,對質素有追求
  • 對烹飪有熱誠
  • 有責任感、守時、禮貌和積極的態度,可以處理不同任務和團隊合作精神
