Job Description工作性質

- Produce high quality, consistent menu items based on recipes
根據食?製作高質素而水準穩定的菜式
- Ensure overall cleanliness of the kitchen space and personal hygiene
確保廚房清潔並保持個人衛生
- Hold a hygiene course certification or be willing to attain one
持有認可之衛生證書或有志考取相關資格
- Participate in opening duties, setting up stations, stocking ingredients and dry storage, communicating with the manager to maintain a flow of service and inventory
參與日常開店事務,準備工作桌,協助存放各種食材及乾貨,並與經理溝通以確保服務流暢及貨存充足
- Work as part of a team, finding solutions to problems and always looking for a way to make things better
團隊工作,解決問題並時刻尋找改善空間

Job Requirements工作需求

- Kitchen experience preferred but not necessary
有廚房工作經驗者將獲優先考慮(非必須)
- The ability to communicate in English
能以基本英語溝通
- An enthusiastic, self-confident, humble, team-player attitude
對工作熱誠,有自信而謙卑,並願意與團隊合作
- A willingness to get dirty and work hard

- An interest in food knowledge and a desire to be educated in Japanese cuisine
