The Job

You will

  • assist the overall in-charge of the culinary team in F&B outlets to plan and manage the day-to-day operations of the Fine Dining Chinese Kitchen
  • review and suggest new dishes from time to time according to customers’ demand and seasonal ingredients
  • upgrade and enhance food service by training and coaching the team members continuously
  • ensure food storage and hygiene standards are followed in line with the Club’s guideline
  • manage kitchen administrative work such as staff rostering, inventory control and preparation of daily market list

About You

You should have

  • a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in prestigious hotels or restaurants with 3 years in a similar position. Expertise in a particular Chinese Cuisine is definite advantage.
  • good knowledge of hygiene management system
  • encourage creativity in producing excellent food to exceed guests expectation
  • build harmonious work and establish good relations with team members
  • communicate effectively with the entire culinary team and other departments
