Chief Financial Officer, Asia, Middle East & Africa

• Master Degree in Finance, Accounting or related subject;
• At least 7 years of relevant working experience with successive career

progression within a finance function for a multinational company;

• Preferably prior working experience in Asia.
• A self-starter who can operate effectively and autonomously in a

high-growth, commercially oriented organization;

• Driving high standards, of sufficient stature to be well regarded

across the business;

• Strong analytical skills and a solid communicator;
• Sound business judgment and commercial understanding, founded in an

entrepreneurial attitude;

• Very high integrity, setting the example for the finance function

across the region;

• An empathetic character with personal tact and cultural understanding,

operating with an informal style.

Job Duties:

• We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer, Asia (Ref: CFOA) to join

our great team.

• The company's activities in Asia are directed from the regional head

office in Hong Kong, where the position as CFO for the Asia Region has
become open.

• Taking functional lead for the finance function across the region,

while supporting the CEO in further developing the business and
driving for improved performance.
