Job Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration / Economics / Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 15-20 years or above experience of which with 8-10 years in senior top management position, experience with listed company is a must
• Experience in property / retail / manufacturing / finance or related industries
• Proven track record in operation management at senior strategic level 
• Strong strategic thinking, interpersonal skills and people management skills
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Independent, competent, dynamic with highly self-driven and team-player who can motivate team
• Presentable, proactive, passionate, result driven, integrity with good team spirit and innovation 

• In-charge of all non-sales daily operational function in the group
• Work closely with current business segments to achieve the company’s goals
• Work actively on business expansion and new project development, execute operational strategic business plans
• Collect market information, perform financial analysis and reports, conduct presentations to the management and stakeholders
• Develop and implement corporate responsibility, corporate governance
• Risk management, internal control for the group companies
• Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Review, implement and maintain internal control procedures and policies
• Implement of proper systems and processes
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
