  • Degree holder or above in relevant discipline
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience of which at least 10 years
gained in listed companies
  • Excellent knowledge in listing rules, accounting standards, legal and
compliance requirements
  • Result-oriented and adaptable to rapid changing environment
  • Strategic thinking, broad business perspectives and strong management
skills
  • Mature team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and
communication skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua
is a must

Job Duties:
  • Oversee the company's day-to-day operations
  • Lead the regional divisions of Legal, Compliance, Risk Management
Finance and company secretarial etc. to ensure the company
operational standards are met
  • Oversee the Company's compliance with all statutory duties imposed on
it under the relevant legislation, rules and regulations
  • Oversee the liaison with all regulatory authorities and organizations
on all matters relating to the Company
  • Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies and
procedures to support overall company policies and objectives
  • Contribute to the development of the Company's strategic goals and
objectives as well as the overall management of the organization
  • Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the Group Managing
Director and the Chief Executive Officer informed of all critical issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned
