To supervise all performance of Stewarding staff on daily operation.
To control quality sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene of in-house product issue and service up to hotel standard.
Environmental health and safety of working locations.
To control and manage over the functions such as hiring casual labor, staff orientation, on-the-job performance appraisal, coaching, suspension if necessary and etc. To insure appropriate staffing and productivity.
To co-ordinate with Director Food and Beverage and Executive Chef in establishing minimum and maximum operating equipment par stock and supplies, and from time to time recommend new concept of Operating Equipment set up.
Certificate/ Diploma in food and beverage / hospitality management.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an international class hotel.
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
Flexible and adaptable to different working locations.
