  • Lead and manage the Stewarding team in day-to-day operations
  • Responsibility for the schedule in stewarding and ensure right manning at the right time
  • Prepare annual food safety audit documentation and relevant records
  • Ensure Back of House areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness and tidiness standards
  • Co-ordinate with Food & Beverage in ensuring all banqueting and restaurant operations function efficiently
  • Take periodic inventory and par stock maintenance for all operating equipment
  • Take all necessary actions to reduce breakage of glassware and chinaware
  • Demonstrate awareness of Food Hygiene & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within the guidelines
  • Educate and train team members in compliance with brand standards and service behaviour



  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in similar position in sizable hotels
  • Food Safety Management System or sound knowledge of HACCP
  • Good knowledge in steward operations, cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Knowledge of chemical and sanitation guideline
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and people management skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
