The main expected contribution is to provide a solid support in the coordination of the China Access Program Governance:

o Organize Training

o Communicate on our capabilities

o Ensure marketing material is circulated and understood.

o Help anticipate volumes / CNH resources /…

o Overseeing the maintenance of the Marketing Materials

o Reporting on trends

    • Help on the organization / follow-up of relevant committees.
    • Work with client lines in order to help articulate our value proposition in relation to the different China Access schemes).
    • Help Identify product improvement / evolution requirements for each scheme, based on market changes / evolution or new client requirements.
    • Capture these evolution and ensure client lines mobilization
    • In collaboration with the RMB competence center, help BP2S monitor the market evolutions / investors evolution / Competitive landscape - their strengths, weaknesses and go-to market strategy
    • Work closely with Marketing and communication in order to validate the Marketing Solution to support our business ambitions.
    • Actively contribute in the sales governance coordination and progress monitoring within the BP2S globally and potentially within the group.
    • Monitor the correct on boarding of new clients on the different schemes, reporting on statuses to Client Dev and escalate internally any potential issue
    • Coordinating with different GC Branches / RM / CSM / Ops / Product / ALM
    • Overseeing the compilation of information for CNH requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from all degree disciplines
    • Fluent in Mandarin (Spoken / Written)
