This role sits within the front office and will be working in a dynamic and busy trading floor environment and in close cooperation with the sales team. You will help senior traders cover institutional accounts and make markets in APAC convertible bonds. You will assist the senior traders in managing risk, providing liquidity and exposure and you may support all aspects of the trading desk: market-making, pre-trade analysis, inbound and outbound trade processing and the design of optimal risk management for large trades, research of investment ideas, dynamic hedging of the book and other derivatives on converts. Tracking supply and demand, you constantly evaluate market developments in order to give clients accurate product information and actively market make this space. The desk is part of the Equity Derivatives Group at J.P.Morgan.
