The Digital Markets organisation is responsible for leading and driving the strategic transformation of the Markets business, leveraging technology and innovation to enhance business processes, provide scale and efficiency through automation and develop best in class digital solutions to deliver our products and services to clients. We work closely with partners in Trading, Sales as well as Technology and Operations to develop new business solutions to help expand and grow the business and enhance our offering to clients. We actively engage on defining the strategy and future vision of the Markets business, leading ecommerce, automation and digital distribution and developing the market structure of our industry.
Global Equities is part of the CIB and offers solutions, which include trade execution, program and special equity trading services; equity-linked derivatives and structuring for new equity-linked issuances; marketing, structuring and trading services on equity-based or fund-based derivatives products; and a wide range of research, sales, execution, clearing, financing and reporting services.
We are looking for a Vice President or Executive Director level person to join the Equities Digital Product Team to support the Equity Derivatives business. The successful candidate with join a small and strategically important team as part of Global Equities front office and the Digital Markets org.
You will lead transformation initiatives to develop and grow our electronic execution and digital distribution capabilities, and to grow our low-touch electronic businesses. The role will have extensive interaction with Trading and Sales teams within the Equities business, technology teams supporting the major Equities platforms, and the broader Digital Markets organisation including Digital Platform and Digital Strategy teams.
This role will involve some global travel as and when necessary.
