The role in Structured Liability Middle Office provides the opportunity to gain invaluable insights into Investment Bank Middle Office operations and related systems across a wide range of asset classes, with unique exposure to Front, Middle and Back Office teams and external custodians. It also presents an excellent platform for leveraging the knowledge and expertise gained through related roles such in marketing support, trader assistant, trade support, or projects, among others.
Partner with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Treasury, Compliance, Business and various Operations teams, provide trade lifecycle support for structured derivatives issuance, such as coupon calculation and option expiries
Trade Capture – Ensure securitized assets, derivatives, and relevant hedges are captured in risk management systems
Perform controls on pre-trade approval process for structured derivatives issuance
Participate in cross-asset client servicing forum with Business heads
Identify and continuously enhance end to end operations controls with ever changing global regulatory requirements
