CIB Operations - Performance & Risk Associate

  • Manage daily client deliveries within agreed SLA
  • Act as team escalation and triage for notification to senior management as appropriate
  • Identify gaps within current procedures/controls and drive resolutions by implementation of applicable controls and work practices
  • Work with business partners to design and implement enhancements to existing processes and/or business applications and engage in process re-engineering
  • Provide team guidance, develop and implement solutions that strengthen business operating models, enhance the client experience
  • Coordinate and manage implementation support, inclusive of testing and process change management, and ensure those implementations meet requirements established by oversight and control partners
  • Work with minimal direction/independently, keeping senior management informed of progress and escalating issues
  • Be able to manage and coordinate outsourcing projects and provide ongoing governance with respective service providers


  • 5-10 years fund performance and ex-ante risk experience (additional experience in mandate compliance reporting will be preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management
  • Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes and change requirements
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail oriented, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deal with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, procedures, and processes
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work
  • Be a team leader who shows commitment and demonstrate a positive attitude and high level of performance on high profile/time-sensitive initiatives
