The Asia Prime Brokerage Middle Office is responsible for all client service activities covering trade management, margin & corporate actions across all Asia markets. The team works in co-ordination with a global Middle Office team to ensure round the clock service for globally based clients. Primary responsibilities will be to ensure the highest levels of client service for local & overseas based clients:
  • Ensuring all corporate action events are accurately reported to clients with the correct terms and response deadlines in line with global SLAs
  • Reminding clients of upcoming deadlines where they are yet to respond to a corporate action event
  • Answering 100% of queries within 30 minutes of receipt to ensure the highest level of service
  • Partnering with other Operational teams internally to ensure the smooth processing of any bespoke event requirements to minimize the impact on clients
  • Acting as an escalation point for any high risk corporate action events
  • Liaising with clients to explain complex/technical mechanics involved in a corporate action
  • Proactively identifying & resolving processing model gaps & inefficiencies whilst ensuring a globally consistent operating model
  • Ad hoc project work
  • Cross coverage of Trade Management & Margin team functions
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working within Middle Office and/or Operations (Corporate Actions / Client Service)
  • Solid end to end corporate actions experience either through a Prime Broker or Custodian
  • Delivery driven / Customer focused
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Global market knowledge/ Equity Product Knowledge
  • A flexible, organized, proactive attitude towards work is essential
  • Proficiency in PC skill (MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel).
  • English, spoken written to a high business standard
