Department Summary:

The Implementation function is responsible for the end to end client on-boarding once the client mandate is awarded. Our goal is to provide a seamless and positive client on-boarding experience by having ownership of overall project milestones and solution deliverables. This is achieved through strong project governance and established implementation methodology coupled with deep Treasury Services knowledge to advise and lead client through the transition process. The implementation team also works in close co-ordination with business partners in Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology and Client Service to drive outcomes in line with client’s expectation and contribute to developing investment strategies across the firm.

Position Summary:

The role comprises of the following:
  • Participate in Sales process to position and differentiate JP Morgan’s eBanking capabilities and technical implementation value-delivery that minimizes client’s technology costs of change. Deliver product demonstrations, value propositions and respond to product questions arising from the sales process.
  • Deepen client engagement to consult and advance corporate client’s finance and treasury technology roadmap by driving client discussions around finance automation best practices and industry trends.
  • Influence product strategy to differentiate J.P.Morgan electronic banking capability by understanding our client needs and technology investments strategy.
  • Lead and manage implementation of Treasury Services electronic banking products like Internet Banking portal, file-based transmissions and real-time automation solutions like API and block-chains in line with established policies and procedures.
  • Drive improvement to J.P.Morgan Technical Implementation global operating model with internal partners and stakeholders to deliver high client satisfaction and internal efficiencies.
Requirements:

Profile:
  • Held leadership positions
  • Above 10 years of working experience in an industry like Banking, Cash Management or relevant industry like Corporate Finance, Treasury or Consulting.
  • Experience leading or delivering corporate Treasury or Finance transformation projects, with practical understanding of enterprise IT products or services mainly in area of finance/treasury ERP platforms like Oracle or SAP, eCommerce, electronic payments or B2B systems integration.
  • Working history in client facing roles preferred
