Citrix VDI Support Engineer – Global Financial Institute

?Our client is a global financial institute and is looking for a technically hands-on Support Engineer to provide Citrix infrastructure technology assistance across different diverse local and Asia business entities. This is a great opportunity to join their fast enterprise growing team.

The ideal applicant would be someone who:

  • Has hands-on BAU L1 to L3 support covering the Citrix Xenapp / XenDesktop / VDI support from tracking technical issues / tickets and ensuring all problems are seen through to resolution
  • Participating and contributing to various upcoming enhancement projects engaging with the project team, stakeholders and end users on requirements, strategy development and integration
  • Has strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

Additional Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of technical hands-on experience in a Citrix enterprise environment
  • In-depth knowledge on various enterprise products: Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, Windows Server, Networking (LAN/ WAN)
  • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university and a Citrix Certified Advanced Administration (CCAA), Citrix Certified Enterprise Engineer (CCEE) or / and Citrix Certified Integration Architect (CCIA) would be a strong plus
  • Communications skills in English and Cantonese
