  • Co-operate with Sales manager and Channel sales manager for manage a respective area /Key account retailer/ retailer/ Network service provider sales activities
  • Maintain business relationship with assigned retailer partners and lead those parties achieving sell in / sell thru target.
  • Gain retailer support for Huawei sales and BTL marketing development
  • Conduct regular shop visits, and build good relationship with retail shop managers.
  • Liaison with channel partners for co-marketing programs/sales promotions.
  • Manage a promoter team to achieve sales target
  • Conduct competitor analysis, and provide regular market updates.


  • Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication\Electronics\Computer or related discipline
  • 5-7 years relevant experience in mobile phone industry, with a minimum of 3 years on supervisory level in sales management and/or account servicing. 
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and with sensible marketing intelligence. 
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English & Chinese.
  • Good interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and under high pressure. 
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive.
