Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle, examine and settle retail customers' claims according to our company philosophy and guidelines
  • Justify the claim nature to be responsible by solicitor or company itself
  • Handle the claims related enquiries from the customers or relevant parties
  • Support manager to enhance service standards and to improve performance
  • Maintain a positive relationship with retail customers
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 6 years relevant experience in retail consumer's claim
  • Solid experience in claim judgement and management
  • Hands on experience in handling claim process
  • Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
