Job Description

  • Review medical claims in compliance with the terms and conditions of the policy
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to conduct assessment and investigation
  • Follow up frontline request with other departments
  • Resolve claims enquiry / complaint on daily basis and provide timely response
  • Deliver quality claims / customer services to internal stakeholders

Job Requirement

  • At least 1-2 years experiences in health insurance claims processing
  • Customer services experiences will be an advantage
  • Possess customer centricity mindset
  • Able to work independently
  • Good command in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Strong team player and willing to learn
