  • Perform data entry and general office administration duties such as documents organizing and processing
  • Assist in claims handling
  • Answer enquiries from internal and external parties
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as required


  • HKDSE or above
  • Experience in Claims Department of Insurance Companies will be an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Diligent, initiative and enthusiastic about job
