About the role

  • Lead the full spectrum claims operations
  • Manage, review and revise internal guidelines to ensure operations efficiency
  • Assist ad hoc tasks assigned
  • Team leading and coaching with skills transfer

What we're looking for
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant experience; plus 3 years for senior positions
  • Solid experience in Claims operations of Either ONE of followings :
  • (1) General - Personal Lines (e.g. Accident, Travel, Household, Health, Motor, Golf, Risk . . etc.);
  • (2) General - All Lines;
  • (3) General - Commercial Line (e.g Marine Cargo, Motor, Liability, Construction, Engineering, Employees' Compensation, Credit Risk, Professional Risk . . etc.;
  • (4) Life and Medical;
  • (5) Life (Med or Non-Med) : Death, Critical Illness, Disability . . etc.
  • Good interpersonal skill and team member
  • Work independently and self-motivated
  • Good PC Skill
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
