Responsibilities
- Manage the claims team to perform the reimbursement and pre-authorization cases for Medical Insurance with the services standard is met in high quality and effective manner
- Handle enquiries and complaints from customers, agents and other insurance regulatory bodies and recommend for improvement plan
- Develop and maintain good client relationship of key accounts
- Liaise all claims related matters with insurers, medical providers, and internal staffs.
- Conduct client operation process and service review to maintain good quality for claims settlement
- Regular review and update SOP to enhance process efficiency and improve productivity.
- Perform the regular quality check/ audit for the claim cases
- Supervise and provide training to claims assessors
- Coordinate with regional teams to smooth claims and administration processes
- Provide solutions for constant improvement of claims process
- Preparation of management reports
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in all discipline, with at least 10 years’ experience in medical claims adjudication or pre-authorization assessment
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- Mature, attentive to details, self-motivated, with excellent team spirit and ability to handle multi-tasks
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to interact with regional teammates at all levels
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
