Claims Officer / Claims Assistant Manager

- degree with 2 years insurance claims handling experience 

- analyse claims relevant documents and evaluate whether or not a claim is covered, develop proposals for further procedue when exceeding own delegation to head of department, monitor and take care to keep the status of the claim up to date, investigage with the objective of fraud prevention, be aware and adhere to local compliance legislation and group compliance

- correspond with policyholders, brokers, lawyers and internal contacts of resolving their queries, communicate with clients and improve customer satisfaction, provide advice on issues relating to the management and settlement of claims

- compile reports according to group rules

- good English and Chinese

- good communication and interpersonal skills
