The jobholder will be responsible primarily for the handling of home, travel, accident, hospitalization and property claims.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle home, travel, accident, hospitalization and property claims and assist to handle other retail claims as needed within TAT
  • Work with own department colleagues on various claim matters ( technical / non-technical )
  • Liaise with business colleagues / underwriters on any policy coverage issues
  • Responsible for call enquiries
  • Ad Hoc Assignments


Requirements:
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in handling of Retail and Personal Lines claims
  • Post Secondary education graduates or above and preferably qualified / part-qualified ANZIF or ACII
  • Good telephone manner and excellent customer service
  • Able to work independently under supervision and as a fast team player
  • Make decision within authority on a timely basis
  • Good command in English and Cantonese
  • Immediate availability is preferable
