Clerical Officer I/II in the Student Development Services

Duties : The appointee will be responsible for:

  1. Providing clerical and logistics support to career education programmes, recruitment talks, careers fairs, seminars and internship/work schemes;
  2. Providing general office support (including data entry and updates, handling general enquiries, and maintaining inventory records); and
  3. Performing any other duties as assigned.

Requirements : 5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics with 2 years’ working experience.  Ability to work independently and collaboratively is required. Demonstrated experience in working with external collaboration partners, employers and students is preferred.  Client servicing experience would be an advantage.

Candidates with more than 6 years’ experience may be considered for appointment as Clerical Officer I.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
