Clerical Officer - Purchasing

Main duties:

  • Handle purchasing duties e.g. process PO and production follow up
  • Communicate with key vendor and internal departments 
  • Provide clerical support and daily operation support to department

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Purchasing or Merchandising
  • Knowledge in SAP is preferable
  • Proficiency in MS office (Powerpoint, Excel and Access)
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Cooperative, responsible and hard working
  • Travel to China occasionally is required
