The College Office
The appointee is expected to provide clerical support to College’s programmes, maintaining the general administration of the General Office in Telford Annex, assist in the daily administrative and documentation work, answer enquiries, and perform any other duties as assigned.
Applicants must have 5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics with at least one year’s clerical experience. A high competency in computer skills (including MS Office, Chinese word-processing and database management), good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of responsibility; the appointee should be well-organized, flexible, adaptable and able to work independently.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will normally be made on fixed-term contract for two years. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental schemes, where applicable.
