The appointees are expected to provide clerical support to academic programmes, course administration and research projects, assist in organizing student activities, seminars, overseas study tours and Faculty activities, handle student enquiries, and perform any other duties as assigned.
Applicants must have Level 2 or above in 5 HKDSE subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics or 5 passes in HKCEE including Chinese Language, Mathematics and English Language (at least Grade C if syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007).
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, strong interpersonal skills, resilience to work under pressure, and knowledge of computer skills (including Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing, PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) is preferable. The appointee should be well-organized, flexible, adaptable and able to work independently.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will normally be made on fixed-term contract for two years. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental schemes, where applicable.
