Handle general clerical and administrative duties
Respond to calls, emails, and routine letters
Manage schedules and calendars including arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings
Attend meetings, prepare minutes and documents
Process payment via e-banking or cheque
Update Cash Flow Excel
Outdoor duties occasionally
Execute other assignments as appointed by the manager
School Certificate / Diploma or above
Detail-minded, willing to learn, well organized and responsible.
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Immediately available is preferred
Fresh graduates are welcomed
Five-day work week
10 days Annual Leave
