Job Description

- Provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to the management
- Handle correspondence telephone calls & emails.
- Organize and manage schedules of meetings, bookings and appointments as well as travel itineraries, expenses and coordinate related arrangement
- Prepare meeting materials and meeting minutes
- Provide office administration duties and filing system management
-Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirement

- Fresh Graduate and IANG would be considered
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Proficient in computer skills including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing independent, well-organized and able to work under pressure
- Immediately available is preferred
