Clerk / Assistant Officer - Sales Team (Part Time)

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the sales team
  • Handle general office administrative work
  • Perform data capturing, scanning and reviewing
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports for management review
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments as required

Requirement

  • Secondary school or above
  • Clerical work / administrative or secretarial support
  • Able to work independently with strong responsibility, and attentive to details
  • Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
