  • Process ATM / credit card / membership card applications including data input, documents mapping, filing and follow up with customers for outstanding documents
  • Deliver timely and quality service to customers and handle phone enquiries from customers and branches
  • Provide administrative support to the department where necessary


  • Diploma holder or above in Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience 
  • Detail-oriented, with strong customer service and good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Work Location: Kwai Hing
