Clerk - Customer Information Centre

Responsibilities:

  • Update customer information on bank system in an efficient manner
  • Handle enquiries from departments and branches
  • Provide administrative support to the department where necessary

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary educated with at least 5 subjects passed in HKCEE/HKDSE, including Chinese and English subjects
  • Minimum 1 year of clerical experience preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing
  • Work location: Kwai Hing
