Job Duties

  • Handle and follow up repair orders and customer inquiries
  • Handle customer complaint in a professional manner
  • Conduct service administration tasks
  • Perform 5-day work per week with Saturday shift duties in hotline call center

Job Requirements

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above
  • Minimum 1-year experience
  • Good PC skill in MS office
  • Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates with positive attitude will also be considered
