The Jobs

  • Responsible for general administrative and clerical works
  • Handle customer services and logistic support to internal and external parties
  • Prepare documentation include quotation, PO, invoice etc.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • F.5 / DSE or above
  • Experienced in administrative/ secretarial duties is highly preferred
  • Sound knowledge in MS office and computer skills
  • Be a team player with good interpersonal, organizing and communication skills
  • Good command of both English and Mandarin
  • Good working attitude, polite, pleasant, punctual & patient
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
