Check timely the life insurance application documents submitted by branches daily in terms of accuracy, completeness, reasonableness and consistency
Handle the daily operations and ensure life insurance applications are in compliance with applicable manuals, guidelines and regulations
Assist in reviewing the daily work process and improving the related work quality
Answer enquiries from front-lines / customers and resolve issues properly and in a compliant manner when and where necessary
Perform general administrative tasks
Post secondary educated or above
At least 1 year relevant experience or teller / branch clerk experience; fresh graduate is also welcome
Knowledge of life insurance business operations
Detail minded and good communication skills
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
Proficient in MS office applications including Chinese word processing
