Andrew Lee King Fun & Associates Architects Ltd invites applicants for the following post of resident site staff for Public Rental Housing Project at Shek Pai Wan Road:

Clerk of Works (RCOW)

地盤工程監督

Minimum qualifications:

(a) Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College/ Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent / Engineering qualifications.

(b) 8 years’ relevant post-qualification experience / 5 years’ relevant experience as RACOW or equivalent in public works projects;

(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.

(d) Certificate or above in occupational safety and health or in construction safety.

General Note:

• [Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
• The tentative commencement date of employment will be in September 2022.
• The tentative employment period will be 26 months.
• As the project includes precast elements, volumetric precast bathroom (VPB) and volumetric precast kitchen (VPK). Candidates are preferred with similar project experience including Works Supervision and Inspection for the said works. Candidates with experience on Design for manufacturing and assembly (DfMA) and Modular Integrated Construction are also welcomed.

1 . 必須持有建造業議會／香港建造學院／香港理工學院／香港理工大學／香港科技學院／香港工業學院／香港專業教育學院頒發的建築學文憑或高級證書，或具備同等或以上學歷；

2. 並在取得有關資格後，具有八年相關的工作經驗或五年駐地盤助理工程監督的相關工作經驗；

3. 在香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科達到第二級*或以上成績或同等學歷；

4. 持有職業安全健康或建築安全的證書或以上學歷。

備註：

• [註*2007 年以前的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)所考獲的 E 級成績亦接受等同於2007 年後的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科所考獲的第二級成績。]
• 合約期暫定由二零二二年九月開始。
• 預計合約期分別為二十六個月。
• 由於該項目包括預製構件、預製浴室（VPB）和預製廚房（VPK）。候選人有類似項目經驗會獲優先考慮，包括上述工程的工程監督和檢查。也歡迎具有裝配式建築 (DfMA) 和模塊化集成結構經驗的候選人。
