Check the site progress, the quality of workmanship and materials in accordance with specifications & requirements
Prepare site report and keep record in respect of the site progress & quality
Carry out inspection of defects and outstanding works at the completion of the work
Assist handover of projects to management office and end users
High Certificate or above in Building Studies or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in construction field
Well organized, self-disciplined and able to work under pressure & independently
Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Good PC skills & knowledge
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Clerk of Works
