• Follow up with delivery orders
• Handle client/ headquarter email inquiries
• Assist in P/O; Invoice and sales related document
• Inventory control
• Other ad hoc duties
• Both spoken and written Japanese is a MUST
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Experience in Sales Coordinator is highly preferred
• Independent, able to do multi-tasking
• Salary : 11-13K
• 5.5 Days Work (*ALT Sat after probation)
• Banking Holidays
