Main duties:

  • Coordination with customers
  • Independent correspondence
  • Report preparation
  • Provide clerical support

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years relevant working experience
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Familiar with Pivot Table and V-lookup in MS Excel is a must
  • Good in English and communication skill
  • Overtime work may be required during the high-sales season
