Clerk (Semi-gov Dept, 1-year contract)


  • 5-day week

Our Client, a semi-government department is currently looking for a clerk to join their dynamic team on contract basis.



  • Maintain and update our in-house macro-economic, financial and monetary database
  • Assist in regular statistical publications and handle ad hoc data requests
  • Review and verify the accuracy of data and make changes where necessary
  • Provide administrative, clerical and research support as assigned
  • Providee logistic support for seminars, meetings and business trips etc
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisors


  • Bachelor degree major in BA or relevant discipline
  • Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B" before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the HKCEE, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the HKDSE
  • One year’s or above relevant experience preferred
  • Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both in Chinese and English (written & verbal)
